BosKonay
If Glenderg could knock up an oul canopy for the station building, she'd be spectacular Lovely work lads - it and the pub are brilliant additions to the ever growing Irish scene! BosKonay
Has anyone seen the 'far' side of the carlow building? Is it finished in the same yellow finish, or stone clad like the prototype?
BosKonay
A lovely match it must be said http://eiretrains.com/Photo_Gallery/Railway%20Stations%20C/Carlow/IrishRailwayStations.html#Carlow_20100906_001_CC_JA.jpg
UP6936
Theres a pub called the auld house near where I live, I might get this model just because of that. It looks top notch
Weshty
Well, I've just ordered one of each off Seamus. They are LOVELY looking!! It's been said before and I'll say it again. If you thought ten years ago that you'd be having high end 141s, 071s, 201,s Cravens and MK2s with Bachmannn horsing in high end resin irish buildings, your head would have exploded on the spot. Especially given teh size of the market. We're lucky lads all the same.

Shinkansen
The station building is particulaly nice. That combined with maybe a kit-bashed Metcalf Models card kit for the canopy over the platform... could be very nice indeed.

Glenderg
If Glenderg could knock up an oul canopy for the station building, she'd be spectacular Once I get my hands on the measurements, I'll do up a suitable kit/complete structure to attach, complete with decorative columns and canopy brackets. How's that?
BosKonay
Not bad I can't wait to see the far side of it.... the real carlow station has a very different 'roadside' facia that that facing the rails...
