thewanderer Posted March 8, 2014 Author Posted March 8, 2014 Afternoon all, Saturday morning was looking promising with the 0800 Heuston - Cork rumoured to be 2x4ICR, the first passenger operation of a 8 car service and the 0700 Tralee - Heuston to be 5+4ICR from Mallow to Heuston. Only the first happened as the 9ICR wouldn't couple at Mallow. Also, 077 was stabled at Portarlington with the Autoballasters. Highlights include: - 2803 + 2804 hauling 2719 + 2721 1100 Limerick - Inchicore for further storage. This follows on from three 2700 Class transfers from Limerick to Cork over the last number of weeks. - Track Recording Car 700 operating 0950 Mallow - Kildare. - 088 1500 Limerick - Portlaoise PWD transfer which consisted of Rail Truck + Sperry Wagon + 11 Flats. - 22015 on a 1355 Laois Depot - Mallow & 1555 Mallow - Heuston Trial.
