Noel
Sublime as ever Gerry. Love looking at the photos as this developed. Your attention to detail and micro scenes works really well. Edited September 19, 2019 by Noel typo

We met briefly last year at Telford where I admired your lovely "Arigna" layout! Gerry

ttc0169
Enjoyed seeing this layout and meeting Gerry earlier today, the depot was certainly a hive of activity and noise when I was there... 2

Irishrailwayman
Diesel Depot is remotely controlled by the Roco/Fleischmann Z21 DCC system via a tablet allowing the locos to be controlled on one half of the screen and the points/turnouts on the other. This means that the layout can be controlled from the front enabling better interaction with visitors at exhibitions!

Noel
WMRC very professional as ever. Love that layout. So many detailed micro scenes crammed into such a small area.
debrawenlock
Thanks for bringing your diesel depot layout. It is very clever with your use of mirrors and sound effects. I had to look behind the viaduct back scene to be sure there wasn't more behind the retaining wall!

It was great to present to such a large crowd and I got a great response. Looking forward to next year already.
Irishrailwayman
Diesel Depot is now equipped with a colour light signal to control entry into the tunnel and fiddle-yard. IR Class 071 No 073 waits for the off. Note simple touch-screen control with a tablet using Z21 which controls both points and the signal:
