BabyGM Posted September 19, 2012 Posted September 19, 2012 (edited) Some nice footage of 800 Maedb, a J15 and the then new A classes and Cravens Can't imagine anyone would be allowed to climb up on engines nowadays Edited September 19, 2012 by BabyGM Forgot to add the link 1
Broithe Posted September 19, 2012 Posted September 19, 2012 If they had orange waistcoats on it would be alright. I would have shoved that lad in the smokebox and shut the door....
aclass007 Posted September 19, 2012 Posted September 19, 2012 Was that Laurel and Hardy in the last scene?
Horsetan Posted September 19, 2012 Posted September 19, 2012 This open day would have featured Bulleid's turf burner. Even though officially withdrawn in 1963, the underframe and bogies hung around Inchicore at least until the mid-1970s. What a gas that might have been if the RPSI had been around to save the remains.
