Coming from the other side of the hobby, collecting, when a certain number or livery is missing from the collection and it pops up on eBay......... I used to keep records of all the crazy prices that Irish models achieved over the years and it was frightening One in particular was a Murphy by Lima Mk 3 Restaurant which made over £600 !

This is a rare c1936-37 vintage DINKY TOYS No16 “SILVER JUBILEE” TRAIN SET (A2108) in its original box .It consists of a silver loco and coaches with silver and dark grey trim. It has two interlocking coaches the locomotive has LNER and 2509 cast-in open windows smooth hubs with white rubber tires and special box. .The boxes overall measurements IS 33cm long x 6.5cm wide x 2.5cm deep. Always something out there to keep the hobby interesting

With regard to parking at the show we have just finished negotiations with Dublin Fire Brigade who will now allow us to use the parking facilities at their OBI Training facility just opposite Mount Temple Great work by 2 of our members in arranging this, Brendan Kelly & Eamonn Greville Please use this car park if travelling to the show as parking at the school is limited and needed for wheelchair vehicles etc Access via Malahide Road D09 EW70 should get you there- 125 replies
