    Thanks DJ, I purchased it two years later from the Wexford club….with the intention of doing a BR blue and grey themed layout which was achieved over the past few years.

    Early morning at the MPD we see railcar 2607+2608 being prepared for service, 085 and 175 receiving exams, 127+128 spare and 124+134 being coupled together for freight duties-the fitter giving the bogies and fuel tank of 124 a wash.

    177+129 work a Limerick cement factory-Tullamore bogie bulk train-watch as they go through the process of running around the train at Tara junction. 220 works a short Mk2 a/b set through the station forming a Dublin Heuston-Athlone service, 160 hauling a single BR GSV and a TPO forms a Dublin Connolly-Cork service
