  1. Every chance. Once sold out we don’t put preorders open again so there is always a natural attrition.
  2. It would arrive VAT (de) Paid with no customs exam or payments on the local end. Yea.
  3. And accurascale charge you EU vat so you don’t pay anything extra.
  4. You'll have paid 20% HMRC VAT, just not 23% Irish VAT.
  5. More a case of we are reviewing the rising cost of shipping while trying to keep the retail price of our models as low as feasible.
  6. Depending on order value there may be a small fee. We’ll check it out before the goods land.
  7. They are all coming in together on the same ship.
  8. I make 18 of them in the video above
  9. The bracing between tank and chassis has been tooled up for this specific model, but no changes were made to the (British) chassis and wheel spacing. (and buffer heads)

    Customs & VAT

Absolutely. You’ll pay 20% VAT plus admin fee on entry to the country (unless like us you’re collecting and reporting it under Ioss rules)
  12. https://www.accurascale.com/collections/black-friday-deal Accurascale Offers https://irishrailwaymodels.com/collections/blackfriday IRM deals
  13. Basically exactly that. Once sold out ‘on paper’ they are flagged sold out. Once the goods are here we collect payments and any cancelled then or left upaid for a week or two are released back to the website for sale ex stock. The sold out product pages have a ‘notify me’ button where you can save your email and get a notice when that happens.
  14. They may or may not be already tooling up
  15. Good to know € 130 is acceptable for a coach with no lights
  16. £100 each and £110 for the 'fancy' ones and no lighting, etc at all. Ouch!
  17. We will have a firm eta in the next day or so. Just finalizing options right now.
  18. The other option is you buy from a UK site that will handle the Vat for you (like accurascale) and you pay irish VAT when you order and no other fees or an post charges.
  19. We are all saying the same. They ship with no vat or duty paid from the website and you then pay that when import.
  20. Afaik the lighting board doesn’t have a stay alive.
  21. EU shipping is. * Exclusions apply
  22. Licks pencil. Sucks breath through teeth. Canaries ye say….
  23. Drop support a line as something sounds broken.
