The Jury is still out tbh, the cost to us is about the same, but in 'real' terms it cuts delivery down to about a week / ten days, from 8-10 weeks on a ship, and then a week to 10 days on top, but clearly we could have better communicated that.

It was a test and probably won’t be repeated. In real terms the packs came in about 8 weeks faster but in practical terms the couple of days waiting for the last mile has upset too many. We will continue reviewing and trying to keep most people happy most of the time.

Seems no one has any patience or appreciation any more. I’m locking this for a few days until you all have your ahead of schedule wagon packs. For clarity, orders are shipped in order of payment date, and there are a chunk of packs to get through, as well as the Mark 2,s and other orders. We're a small team, and your patience is appreciated, and your complaints are best directed directly at us, so we can actually check out your concerns, rather than complaining for the sake of it on here.

We do offer some trade terms, and the Mark 2 b/c packs should be in stock there tomorrow, as well as some other items. As always if you are in a shop, and don't see IRM stuff, ask them why not

Yes we start shipments on Monday We are shipping monday. Ahead of schedule

they did indeed sell out incredibly quickly, but with the fuel oil tankers and H vans also in production, we don’t have the wiggle room to add additional packs on to this run so while there might be the usual, very small amount on sale once pre-orders are processed. It will be very very small i.e. under 20 packs of each.
