The Jury is still out tbh, the cost to us is about the same, but in 'real' terms it cuts delivery down to about a week / ten days, from 8-10 weeks on a ship, and then a week to 10 days on top, but clearly we could have better communicated that.

It was a test and probably won’t be repeated. In real terms the packs came in about 8 weeks faster but in practical terms the couple of days waiting for the last mile has upset too many. We will continue reviewing and trying to keep most people happy most of the time.
