  1. Also, the Peco ones do fade a bit, if you've got a good bit of daylight on the scene, although this does make them look a bit better than when they're new, I think - sort of "distant", if you know what I mean...

  5. It's worth the effort at this stage. Something like a one foot radius allows the lighting to blend nicely. Any corners will always show up.
  6. It's good if you can sweep the bend, with a bit of hardboard or something - "there are no corners in the sky", as somebody once said. Not the best picture, but here's an example. It does make a difference.

  22. I was implying that it might be looked on more favourably, if it was not miles away from the 'important people'. I have no wish for it to be in London, but there can be a tendency here for things out in the sticks to be viewed in a less favourable light...
