    steven, she is far from perfect, the cab doors (which can be left open on this model) are to far from the cad face, but it will do me nicely! hattons are selling 08's for 49 quid at the moment......go on - get one....you know you want too!!!!

    ger, got a hornby 08 and the beauty with this model is that the storage boxes at the sides could be removed to closely resemble the D class. this one is sound fitted and runs very well.

    hi frank and welcome on board! you call that a simple layout? its excelent! love the collection of stock spanning the different eras. the best scene was the mogul pulling a mixed goods/passenger stock. get going and get the scenery done on that fine layout. fair play to you for sharing the video:tumbsup: seamus

    woke up yesterday to the sound of an aer corps agusta circling the house. she was landing at the general hospital where the crew took a patient from the ambulance station and did a mercy dash to dublin. heres a clip of our finest in action....
