have a few coaches that i used to practice weathering on and not having them going to waste, i will use them in a proposed scrap line. to make it like the real thing windows will be smashed...
anyone of you bowsies got other ideas on how to vandalise stock-apart from grafetti?
a few good things about this set is that it sparked a bit of excitement in the irish model scene, it does look good from a distance, and she is a lovely little runner. it is resonable enough at the price and as rich said it is a good starter set. i must say that i thought paddy murphy might try a few train sets with the baby gm's!
supertrain livery is the one for me....theres somthing about that broken wheel logo on the cab front that does it for me!
but as money allows i will prob get the hole nine yards!!
good stuff there big man, what are the layout dimentions? i know you said it before but forget. the helix looks great- how wide is it? it will be a great way of accessing different levels from a small space. did discuss one with A4 a while back for my layout. keep the pics comming! seamus

that was a delight to see. she is one elegant lady! go on and treat yourself to a sound chip - class 24 or 25 have the same engine as the 1100/1101. sounds mighty at slow speeds!
