  5. yes indeed ...more beauties! am beginning to like the UTA / NR more and more - espically when i see these models!!
  6. think Fran is correct, mind you, our great southern had a class 670 which were 0-6-2 tanks, not a million miles away from the n2's
  7. jinty is doable - you can get some very small 6pin chip and a wiring harness from bachmann - should do the trick

  13. hello kevin, as the Bos says -it is doable. i have several willies chipped and 3 sound fitted and they all run well, dont fit hornby chips as i found they make the loco shudder at slow speeds.

  19. i pasted them onto thin strips of hardboard then screwed the boards into position on the sides of the baseboards - no wrinkling there!

  21. ah jasus....more soccer - id sooner pare the mother-in-laws corns and give her the yearly sheep dip and worm drench rather than listening to 'she who must be obeyed' shouting obsenities at a crowd of boyos beating the hell out of a ball on the box!
