Warbonnet
It's going to be the best Irish model yet, which really is saying something!

RedRich
I had a good look at the 0 gauge 111 at the Wexford show and it is a beautiful model. I love the 141-181 class models as the prototypes were my favorite loco's. The models set a bench mark at the time for any 00 gauge diesel model that had been released by any manufacturer. I still think that it holds it's own even today. However if the 071-111 turns out like I expect it to then it just might eclipse the baby GM's. I can't wait to see a fully painted production model. djkonore
Any idea how many inches long the OO gauge 071 is? I'm trying to make sure I've left enough room at the end of my layout for her to run around a rake of coaches.
josefstadt
The original is 57 feet over buffers so that should come out as 228 mm - about 9 inches.
