irishrailways52 Posted June 16 Posted June 16 does the Passenger Information System make the 29000s look any different. is there some sort of panel on the inside. Quote

When they get PISed they're observed to sway more than usual and occasionally end up in places they don't normally go, often bringing paraphernalia such as traffic cones with them on their travels - when you see them in Cork things are very bad Jokes aside, it seems they have an extra screen inside. BEANO3005 Posted June 18 Posted June 18 The destination led boards look different to the other 29s. More of an orange colour and smaller. So far only unit 21 is done that I know of. It can only run with other 2900 that have the PIS mod done, so at present it is just running by itself on a 4 car link. 1 Quote
irishrailways52 Posted June 18 Posted June 18 does this replace the screens above the carriage end doorways Quote
