They weren’t cheap at the time and the maker has since stopped all making. That image is one of my sets. I really must dig them out.

Does anyone know if the Enterprise DD set models are still available somewhere? Have checked near enough everywhere but no luck.

Something like this one

doubt it very much. I think the main DD model was made by a now defunct manufacturer, very few made and cost quite a lot first day, nevermind now!

I think what I’ve seen most people do is Eurostar car conversions and the Control Car made with an MIR 201 shell

In the early days of IRM we were approached by several members of the public who laid down significant funds up front for these but have still to take delivery.

So, if they ever do pop up offering their services again, you have been warned!

Would be a lovely set to have if some RTR manufacturer (who do make fantastic Irish Railway Models) made them, just saying.😁

Pushing against an open door here, John! I'll keep trying to persuade the lads...

Cheers!

I was one of those who paid a substantial deposit and agree with Fran, "don't go there". However, in fairness I must state that after much persistence over a long period of time I was eventually fully refunded in instalments, But to my knowledge  I'm unique in this and I know of others who are out of pocket.
