Blu Bianco Posted June 21, 2014 Posted June 21, 2014 Its the second time recently that one of that company's fleet has gone up in smoke. Is their maintenance not upto scratch, are they running them into the ground and overheating them, or were they sold a dud-batch of the model type? Who knows!
tonybonneyba Posted July 9, 2014 Posted July 9, 2014 Its the second time recently that one of that company's fleet has gone up in smoke. Is their maintenance not upto scratch, are they running them into the ground and overheating them, or were they sold a dud-batch of the model type? Who knows! Considering the pictures all show the same make & model of bus, I think it's how they where built. I hope translinks ones (as metro has loads!) don't go up in flames.
73.River.Roe. Posted July 11, 2014 Posted July 11, 2014 Reasons why these type of buses go on fire is the B7 Engine runs so hot that if a hydraulic hose splits which happens from time to time it only takes seconds for it to go up 2944 was a casualty to that type of fire and is now scrap.
