The vehicle suffered a seized axle on the 0700 Heuston - Cork last Thursday. If only there had been somebody with your photographic skills out there 30 or 40 years ago recording rail scenes when there were interesting looking trains operating on Irish rails instead of wall to wall 22k buses. You must have a very long reach lens or do you crop those long shots? Quote

The scenario was a train striking a car and a number of passengers on board the train were injured, some seriously.
