Hi guys & thanks for your suggestions, but I have to say I don’t think it’s a tamping machine, as if you close in on the left front I think I can just about make out the side windows of what I think is an A class.. !

But yes, a tamper of some description, could be 740, 741 or 742 without a closer look at it
