Any idea where this can be bought no from the publisher? 

They insist on charging £5 per magazine extra for overseas orders with no reduction in price if you order more than one, works out a touch expensive..

That Ebay seller is the publisher Kelsey, but they offer P&P free on other items after the first item! Why do it on Ebay but not on your own website?

Think at this stage I'll just have to pass, €15 for 1 article I want to read..

Actually, that's not that bad. Usually a railway book is like £5 and shipping to US is something like  £24.89!

Magazine is available post free in UK only from Kelsey Pubishing. Narrow Gauge Steam 4 from.same publisher just out has articles on the CDR and the Lough Swilly.
