For sale is 2 pairs of Hornby HST class 43, each pair consists of a power car with a motor and a dummy car with no motor however the motor cars are not working and are being sold as non runners. They may be repairable with some tlc but I don’t know.

The Mallow viaduct was not until 9th of August 1922, it may well have been that the standard route of this mail train was up the North Kerry line to Limerick and on to Dublin from there.
