  1. Have you voted already? Should just tick a box above!
  2. Just over an hour left to vote folks, don't miss out on having your say!
  3. It's going through a server upgrade and is offline for up to 48 hours Mike. Cheers! Fran
  4. Thanks Jason, they will be worth the wait, we just like to take time and care and get them right!
  5. Just a quick update on this project! We still have some fine-tuning to do on these babies but they are not far away, we anticipate to have them in stock by the end of March. Cheers! Fran
  6. Funny you should ask Stephen, I do! We've been working hard on these with the factory to get them over the line, and while they're 95% stunning, there is that last 5% that we just havent been happy with, so we're working with the factory to sort this out. Most of the components are made, so they will go together fairly quickly, but some areas need further tidying up as we were not happy with the 3rd sample we received. The factory assured us that our feedback will be implemented into the finished items, and we should have them in late March after CNY. We are really sorry about this delay, but we want them to be as good as possible. Right now, they just arent. But, they're almost there. Cheers, Fran
  7. Thanks Alan, we appreciate the vote and feedback, though you should've been able to vote for multiple subjects. I can see future orange and ivory with roundel being done again in the future, I guess the bubbles show us to be a victim of our own success as we probably didnt make enough of each in the first place, same with ballasts. It was very much a 'toe in the water' exercise at the time to see how they would sell. It does show that there is an appetite for more, but we do have to be cautious and not make too many, especially considering how much more new stuff we have coming down the line and it's best to space out re-runs a bit where possible. So, they might get a re-run this year, or some liveries might get done now, and some in another year or two, or we might leave it a while. We havent decided yet! Great to see such positive feedback from most people though. Cheers, Fran
  8. Well I guess there is an exception to prove any rule. The vast majority of customers I talk to has an insatiable appetite for wagons, be they Irish or British and we aim to keep it fed.
  9. Ah jeez, thanks for the kind words men and women, and thank you to everyone who voted for us! We really appreciate it. We finished ahead of some household names, not bad for a brand that isn’t 12 months old yet. The Tara did excellent too considering how niche the Irish scene is. Cheers! Fran
  10. We’re actually now completely sold out of bubbles, but can you ever have enough wagons?? Thanks for voting everyone, keep them coming!
  11. Great picture Dave, certainly darker grey than the vans of the time. In other news, we’re completely sold out of bubbles! Keep voting if you’d like to see more!
  12. We do JB, just not sure we have permission to publish them online, which is a killer, but we're having an online did around to see if we can find any to show people. I think @Irishswissernie may have some, albeit in black and white?
  13. Can we keep it on topic and not go down a wishlisting sink hole please lads? Cheers! Fran
  14. Factory weathering just doesnt cut the mustard in our view.
  15. We’re not sure yet, but it’s open for a week so let’s see where it goes! of course any new packs would have new running numbers, we’ve found some for Irish Cement recently... Cheers, Fran
  16. Down to our last four packs of F in stock folks., don't say we didnt warn you! https://irishrailwaymodels.com/collections/cement-bubbles/products/two-axle-cement-wagon-multi-pack-f Should we do another run? What livery would you like to see if we did? Cast your vote and let us know! Cheers, Fran
  17. Hi Paddy, Shameless self promotion, but https://irishrailwaymodels.com Cheers! Fran
  18. We're not 100% sure yet JB, but possibly Bangor, but dont hold us to that! We want to clear the decks of poughs and 42ft goodies before we unleash this one on the market.
  19. "So, how did you spend your day in work on this wet, cold, windy January day, Richie?" "Ah sure the usual, climbing all over a subject for our next model, laying on wet ballast underneath it, taking hundreds of pictures and measuring it. Sure I love the glamour jobs!" What could it be? Find out later this year!
  20. Should have some news later this week Noel!
  21. That’s the plan! We will have more info about n the whole sound area for the A after the Nuremberg Toy Fair in Feb all going well. 50% of us, so half way there! if only it ran like that, even once!
  22. Hi everyone, As you know, we set up a deposit scheme for the A Class, which allows everyone the chance to break down and spread out the cost of the locos across the production period, making paying for the models more manageable and convenient. We know locos can be expensive, and the A is a fleet of locos necessary for many, so we like to help where we can. As you will know if you availed of the deposit scheme online, you receive an email after completing your order, log in and pay. The scheme has been very successful (though much more of you have elected to pay up front!). However, there are a small handful of orders who have placed and order but so far have not paid their deposit. We have contacted those members today, and while we understand that emails can fall into spam folders etc., in the interest of fairness to all our customers, we require the deposits to be paid. If these are not paid we will be forced to cancel these pre-orders. If you are unsure of your payment status, or you have a query or you have not received an email about payment, or need guidance on how to pay, please email info@irishrailwaymodels.com and we will help you out. It's only a handful of orders, so it wont take us long to get through. Please don't PM me, as I dont look after pre-orders so I wont be able to help you! emailing info@irishrailwaymodels.com is the place to go! Cheers! Fran (on behalf of IRM)

  23. I was told that it is due to easy rebranding for swapping of aircraft between sister companies, so all that needs to change is the tail rather than a full repaint. Sad, but that's the way of the world now.
  24. Not sure why Noel, website is performing like a champ here!
