Managed to remove Cab interior, the glazing remains attached to the body, the Driver needed some serious amputations to get him to fit also had to remove the seat armrests. Just need to get it back in place. The trick in replacing cab interior is to slide the front under the clear plastic and then slip the back panel into place over the light fitting inside the two roof arches.
Kilrush, one of the termini of The West Clare Rly, had Glynn’s Mills across the road from the station. Their buildings were 3-4 storeys high, for grain storage. Most of their grain came by ship to the old dock and later to Cappa pier.
I liked the A12 so much I purchased two. My problem is how to renumber the 2nd loco. I looked on Railtech site and didn’t find anything suitable, has anyone renumbered A12/A15 or A55 ? As you need two different size transfers for loco front and sides.
I would appreciate any advice, (1) how to remove letter/numbers and (2) where to source replacement letter/numbers.
Thanks.
