Now that sounds good Patrick. I really look forward to seeing this progress. I think it adds a nice bit of interest to a layout to give it a bit of personality by basing it on an actual part of the network. It doesn't have to be a brick for brick exact copy of a scene. Due to unforeseen circumstances I couldn't start my own project this year and 2013 looks to be out of the equation also. Luckily though the lads on here are always showing their efforts so it's great food for thought and a nice way to pass a few hours checking it out. I have to say Gareth that is the best sound recording I have heard yet. There is plenty of low end sound which never seems to be as audible in other videos that I have seen or heard. Infact in the video it sounds better than some I have heard at exhibitions. It is swaying me more towards having at least a couple of sound fitted locos myself. As Des has said they would need some surgery to replicate the Irish wagons. If I remember the same wagons as ours ran in the UK. Who knows maybe one of the manufacturers of UK models may do a run in the future. Pat is right LS models are very expensive. Rich,

If you look at the percentage per population of men that gave their lives in the great war, Ireland had huge losses. My Great Grandfather served in a Welsh Regiment. Even though he survived a part of him never came home. Truly brave men that deserve to be remembered and honored. Rich,
