May 30th 1975, and one of the last linen deliveries by rail from Brookhall Mill nears the end of its long journey from Co. Antrim to Youghal, Co. Cork, passing Bog Road level crossing. Although now owned and operated by Northern Ireland Railways, the linen van was the last remaining one to wear the original GNR livery and was much sought after by photographers, especially when hauled by a Supertrain-liveried loco such as C class No. 225 as here.
