  1. Drop support a line with your order reference
  2. Who did it say on your tracking? It may well have said DHL at the time of order but carriers have changed and evolved since as rates and service changes
  3. I did some pruning to remove what was inaccurate assertions made in a downright rude manner. Feedback is great but when you’re wrong and double down when proven wrong with rudeness and arrogance you earn a little holiday from the forum. You’re welcome.
  4. All is in hand and certainly no need for worry. Drop support a line with your order number if nothings refreshed by Monday once the carriers wake up.
  5. We took any available stocks, but the tools are pretty knackered tbh you'd be better off making new versions.
  6. we had a bit of labeling issues at the end of May, which is why some of you will see tracking active for a week or so when it was only actually fulfilled today or yesterday, but if you allow 24 hours for the tracking to update all should be well
  7. Accurascales first new loco launch in nearly a year so not so much weekly
  8. We are checking the fulfilment sync up at the moment. If not showing fulfilled yet wait until tomorrow and if no change drop us a note to check.
  9. All paid orders have shipped at this point - if you've not had an update do check in your account area and / or with support.

    Customs & VAT

It’s pretty simple really. No mail carrier charges VAT on their postage service. Couriers all charge VAT on their postage service. If you buy into the EU from outside you pay no VAT or Sales Tax and you pay postage where applicable. When that parcel lands in, say Ireland, the ‘total’ value of that parcel on your invoice including all postage and packing and other fees is the amount An Post will charge VAT on. Buy £100 of models from the UK and pay £10 postage then An Post see a £110 parcel and will apply 23% VAT on £110 / €130 or so. You will therefore pay €159.90 in this example plus the An Post fee for handling the import VAT for you, which seems to be a range between €3.50 and €6.50 presumably based on value

    Customs & VAT

There is no VAT on postage but when importing you pay VAT on the full amount you’ve paid including p&p plus the an post processing.
  12. At least we now charge by weight at cost for ROW To buy using points just open the rewards widget and click on the Redeem button and it will let you pick how many points to redeem which will then get placed into the cart / checkout as a discount code.
  13. We have our IRM 40’ as well as the Acc PFA flats. We have also a couple more container flats in progress which all need containers on them too.
  14. Or our own ranges… watch this space
  15. Tbh that’s pretty inevitable
  16. Points? Free post?
  17. https://irishrailwaymodels.com/pages/projects
  18. Thankfully whats' available has indeed moved on.
  19. Give us a week. We might have a few more
  20. Ultimately the forum itself remains a permanent archive that is searchable. It should be possible to split things like ee have done with shops closing etc but does that then put them out of the realm of places where people would browse?
