  1. 9004 is in service tomorrow. 9002 is on test tomorrow.
  2. I don’t think any Irish model locomotive will be below €230 ever again. From my observation the Irish model railway scene has peaked and is in slow decline at present as modellers that entered the hobby during the Covid pandemic start to leave for other interests. Also an ageing demographic, plus the expense, it’s a tough old world at present.
  3. If the 80 class are ever produced rtr I will likely be bankrupt. Put me down for lots!
  4. Short video of 50 149 on a China Clay working. IMG_8834.mov

  6. Some of the best RTR manufacturers in the world. Modelled North American for thirty years and I can honestly say the most fault free, great running products I ever had.
  7. I’ve noticed on YouTube for the time an Irish model video to hits 100 views a British outline model video will hit 600 views, and I push any British videos a lot less on Facebook etc. Having lived in England railways still have a massive interest level compared to being an oddball over here!
  8. Only I know as it’s my photo!

  10. 183 arrives with the Sligo Oil turn

  15. More Ballyercall images. Sligo oil working arrives in the yard.

  17. 071 arrives at Ballyercall with an Enterprise set IMG_8529.mov
  18. 220 almost 30 years ago at Ballyercall.
  19. 80 Class please before I am too old to remember them!
  20. Just a short video for anyone concerned about the noise in the previous video. Some very light lubrication using Kadee Coupler dry graphite power done the trick. A really soft pencil would do the same job. IMG_8504.mov
