A friend of mine had a pub in darkest Laois. He was inspected and the inspector found several issues to comment on. He was asked to look at the gents' with the inspector - 'Look at the state of this place!', she said. 'So what?', he answered, 'they come in here to piss, not to eat sandwiches off the floor!'..

 

They parted on bad terms....
