Several preservation schemes in the South were able to employ staff under a social employment scheme (work for the dole), with the preservation group responsible for paying for materials and consumables. airfixfan Posted March 16 Share Posted March 16 (edited) Fintown runs on 100% funded grants from Gaeltacht since they opened and the loss of some local volunteers has led to a gradual decline in their operations since Covid.
