Great news from Jim Poots model buses will be the release of the long awaited 1970's CIE M class buses,

Jim intends to release the kits at the MRSI model railway exhibition in Raheny on the October bank holiday weekend,

I'm looking forward to these particular buses as they have been a favourite of mine for a long time,

Well done to Jim for producing this bus which I'm sure will be of a high standard-just like the rest of his excellent kits.

now there is a baby that jogs the memory!

Have to agree, but to misquote Fr. Ted, "aren't they ALL lovely buses...."

Frank, Jim will have a website up towards the end of the summer with details of forthcoming kits and listings and photos of previous kits. I'll PM you his contact details shortly. As ttc says, the next planned release is October at the MRSI Exhibition in Dublin

Darn... I had intended to pick up two C class kits (long + short wheelbase) when they were available.

I'd love to have them too. They look great. I don't suppose there's any plans to produce more?

They look excellent and will look even better with CIE expressway red and orange livery applied and a supertrain liveried 071 in the background-well done Jim,can't wait.
