  1. Damn it, then those two are pretty high on the desirability list!
  2. 134 also sold out! That's phenomenal!
  3. That makes sense, thank you!
  4. Sorry, I wasn't clear enough. I was asking if they were the only two 071 models in the IR livery, following on from the theme of the most desirable MM locos.
  5. Thank you, I have been confusing the models and real life. That makes complete sense what you say about the Mk2D colour.
  6. Fert and keg accessory packs already sold out! Is that it, like no more runs of them?
  7. Were 073 and 080 the only IR liveried 071's? Does the 073 model reflect her original IR configuration or her current one?
  8. So, the 071's were delivered in the wrong livery, more or less. When repainted, were they in a different shade to the SuperTrain coaches? To my eye, the "wrong" livery looks closer to the ST coaches than the ST livery?
  9. Are MM's 112 and 8113 models reflective of how the real locos looks today? Has 112 been abandoned and left to rust away?
  10. How about having 234 painted in the "tippex" IE livery? Now that would be simply stunning! P.S.: Happy 75th anniversary, CIE.
  11. That'd be a very handy budgeting tool.
  12. Wow, so the ICR's would be ubiquitous enough for anybody modelling current day operations, no matter where on the island!
  13. Yes, very true, Chris offers some wonderful repaints - I picked up a silver and black 231 from him through a misunderstanding, and am richer for it! Do the ICR's run over the whole network, except for the Enterprise route?
  14. I was lucky enough to pick up two IC 201's and a 231 repaint, but even those were scarce enough. At least I can run some Spoil and Tara Mines trains! ICR's are definitely overdue to fill the passenger void!
  15. So motive power and passenger stock are notably absent, more or less? Yes, it would be nice to be able to pick up some of today's locos!
  16. For those wishing to model Irish Railways as things stand in 2020, what RTR stock is out there? What I can piece together, and am open to correction on, is the following: MM InterCity livery 201's MM Freight Grey livery 071's MM NIR 112 and 8113 MM B141 as preserved MM B134 as preserved IRM spoil wagons IRM Tara Mines Wagons IRM 42' Container Liners with updated C-Rail containers RPSI Cravens RPSI Mk2A's Any input would be appreciated, as I'm quite curious. Thank you!
  17. I have a feeling that they will be painted after reading these posts:
  18. Ha! I can see that! I could never decide on 121 but I'm lucky to have 124 ordered!
  19. Does anybody know how many of each version of the 121 models have been produced? The RPSI version was 300 units, I think? 121 and 124 are already sold out on the IRM website! How many of each have been allocated to IRM for sales?
  20. Wow! Even looking at the headlights, it looks as if the shade on each of the two models should be swapped around. If the top model of the two maintained its details but had the bloodier shade, it would look just like flange's photo.
  21. Thank you! So, would it be fair to say that the shade on the two locos should be swapped, with the details remaining as they are, to better reflect the progression of the liveries?
  22. So those last 19 packs of grey bubbles would go great with 121 and 135! https://irishrailwaymodels.com/collections/cement-bubbles/products/cie-grey-cement-wagon-multi-pack-i
  23. So 121 and 135 could run with single-stripe Cravens and with grey Bubbles and be prototypically acurate?
  24. Any idea which of the two CIE liveries in the photos attached ran from when until when? The top one looks a better colour match for MM's ST Mk2D's, but has a black wheel instead of red, and a white roundel instead of orange. The second one has an "SA" affix, red wheel and the correct roundels, but is a much bloodier shade of orange than the ST coaches.
