will it be driving under it’s own power or delivered on a lowloader for insurance reasons? Is it stored longterm in the vast container yard at Hueston North, half covered by a tarp? Will we see pics of the drive from the yard? Did the Gardaí ever catch those guys in the Qashqai’s? So many questions!

Literally works of art, I just don’t know how you can design and build them so well. -

21mm gauge wheel sets for IRM Park Royals and Mark IIs
DJ Dangerous replied to lucas's topic in Irish Models
Don’t think I’d have the eyesight nor dexterity for the brake gear, but it’s great to see how the re-gauging is done. This thread should be a sticky! -
Something I built in Roblox Studio a while back
DJ Dangerous replied to George's topic in General Chat
Great to see sort of psuedo-Irish stuff like this in the digital world. @Westcorkrailway and a few others are building a Roblox-based Irish sim. Worth chatting with them about your projects.- 1 reply

Rails of Sheffield are going to be stocking the Mini GT 1:64 vehicle range. These are mainly cars, usually sportier models, and are 1:64 so are too large to sit alongside Oxford Diecast. However, standing alongside buses, trucks and trains, they look grand, and may end up being the only option for certain vehicles: https://railsofsheffield.com/collections/minigt?_pos=1&_psq=minigt&_psid=e7ee7bab9&_ss=e

Excellent news! i have a stack of 28mm axles here waiting for them.

Starting a new thread listing 3D printed products would be a great idea, go for it! Enda had no plans on doing O Gauge 42’ 6” Flats, 47’ Flats, nor loco bodies, last time we spoke. Dapol Class 66 may be a good starting point for a 201 but I’m not sure how similar they are up close.

Is there any alternative platform to Shapeways these days? I did speak with the Shapeways chap that I obtained the O Gauge 47’ Flat from, via PM on RMW, and he’s retired altogether. Such a shame, as that looks excellent. There was a huge amount of Irish stuff available on the platform, from N Gauge to 3mm to OO Gauge to 1:48 scale, diesels, wagons, small detailing parts like Mk2 coach roof vents, you name it. Has this wonderful collection been lost forever or are the designers slowly migrating to another platform? If the mods would be so kind as to merge this thread with this one, that’d be great: https://irishrailwaymodeller.com/topic/17695-shapeways I know that forum member @m0rris, AKA CMAC, has found an alternative printer for his 3000 / 4000 Class: https://irishrailwaymodeller.com/topic/8868-ni-railways-30004000-class-models-by-cmac-models-on-shapeways-anyone-interested Personally, I’m after something for IRM’s one-day-maybe O Gauge 071 to haul - aside from @murphaph‘s Mk2’s and oil tanks!

Great to see another RTR wagon out there for the overworked and underpaid to enjoy. Thanks, @Past-Avenue! Are the chassis 21mm-friendly or strictly 16,5mm?
