Good news is #071 & #082 have cleared customs. Bad news is #112 is 2 days late arriving(slow boat FROM China?). But there will be stock of all 3 locos for the show,. Please note there is a sales embargo until noon on Saturday, when the class 071 will be officially launched at the show.. We also expect to have Cl.071 DCC chips available.

My advice to them is twofold Wait till after Christmas to hold it as most available days before Christmas have been booked at this stage January can be a good time as people need to escape from Bing Crosby & co. Talk to someone who has been involved in running a similar show, this event seems to be too amateurish in concept, something thought up when there was a lot of Guinness available.

Might be a couple of meetings down at the MRSI on the 2nd & 4th of Jan I will keep you posted. Where are you staying C?
