Quiet enough Kieran Small event, at most there would be 10 traders and only 3 of them selling railway stuff, 4 if you count Baseboard Dave. A lot of die cast and also books. Small crowd as well, it was a pig of a day weather wise Hopefully they are keeping their loot for the next one!

He paid around €1500 - €1600 depending on where it was bought Everything is now secondhand, no guarantees with anything Still some 201's knocking around 141/181's still available RPSI still around Loads of Cravens around Mk 2'a hard enough to get So I reckon it could be bought today from the various dealers and shops for around €1200, so to make any sense at all it would have to be bought for €1000 max I could not see myself buying it for anything over €900 as the return would be minimal I see postage is quoted at €100!

Same seller again, westoys I mailed him to tell him that the top prices were for R768 Boxed locos as his were not in original boxes as "they only came in sets" according to him Anyway let him at it.

5 Cl.071s are due to land in early March, viz. MM0073 IR weathered, MM0078 IE small logo, MM0080 IR, MM0086 CIE supertrain & MM0088 CIE original livery, and the last 2, MM0077 IE & MM0085 IE weathered, a few weeks later. Also expected in March are Mk11 coaches. 3*IE standard class and EGV & Restaurant in 'Galway' livery. More details to follow. And, finally, the REALLY GOOD NEWS. Murphy Models will be represented at the Nuernberg Toy Fair, 30th.Jan-4th.Feb. Location is Hall 4A, Stand A-218. This is a first for Irish Rail Prototypes so make sure to call and say 'hello'. All currently available models will be on display including the 10 Cl.071s and 5 Mkii coaches.

The next issue from MM are the 141/181 GM Locos Hailed at the time as one of the outstanding models yet produced by any manufacturer They were issued in December 2007 500 of each model produced The first 4 were 141 165 184 & 187 Their first time out of their boxes, just for you guys!!
