  1. Good news is #071 & #082 have cleared customs. Bad news is #112 is 2 days late arriving(slow boat FROM China?). But there will be stock of all 3 locos for the show,. Please note there is a sales embargo until noon on Saturday, when the class 071 will be officially launched at the show.. We also expect to have Cl.071 DCC chips available.
  2. This is the same Google that has St Assams on the Bull island, at least one klick from where it should be.
  3. I can smile like a Greyhound all day long, what else have you got?
  4. Please not that there is no right turn from the Howth road onto Sybil Hill Road if you are coming from town Maybe a better option would be to take the Coast Road and turn left at Vernon Avenue which then runs onto Sybil Hill Road The college will then be on your right hand side just after St Annes Park.
  5. Dont think so Steve We have not received a reply and are not expecting them to come

  7. Loco reminds me of you Fran One ugly (noisy) bastard of a yoke!
  8. Sub Aqua unit had a yoke like that back in the day All Garda vehicles have a D reg Some of the Elite units have non D regs but I reckon 99% have D's
  9. That's not a train joke I dont think it's particularly funny Bad taste if you ask me
  10. Paddy is hoping to have them retailing @ €175 He is about 75% certain at the moment
  11. My advice to them is twofold Wait till after Christmas to hold it as most available days before Christmas have been booked at this stage January can be a good time as people need to escape from Bing Crosby & co. Talk to someone who has been involved in running a similar show, this event seems to be too amateurish in concept, something thought up when there was a lot of Guinness available.
  12. Might be a couple of meetings down at the MRSI on the 2nd & 4th of Jan I will keep you posted. Where are you staying C?
  13. Give it a lash, Graham The watertower in the distance has been converted into a butterdish!
  14. The US Anti-Doping Agency has said it has gathered “overwhelming” evidence that Lance Armstrong was involved in “the most sophisticated, professionalised and successful doping program that sport has ever seen”. Hero or Villan?

The box now carried the new Lima/Jouef label. All Jouef production now moved to Italy.
