  11. Always mystified me about the price of Bachmann bogies They do Bullied, Commonwealth, Collett, LMS, Thompson & the standard Mk 1 bogie for £6.50 But a pair of B4's is £10 and Y25 is £11
  12. Jesus that's rough Noel Square front looks well off among other things However it might suit someone who is willing to accept it On an Athern chassis so I reckon it will be a good runner.
  13. Your at it again Noel WSF? FUD? From experience the older MIR flats were prone to distortion unless a 40' container was permanently glued to it
  14. Its the only way anyone would rape you George.
  15. Coming at it from the collectors end of things Noel, would need to be in its correct box with all the correct bits etc So only 250 of #18 & 250 of #19 made which puts it in the rare category, but starting at £230 (around €265?) is really taking the "hit and miss" Old records show best price for a #19 was £155 back in 09 So come with me, where dreams are born, and time is never planned. Just think of happy things, and your heart will fly on wings, forever, in Never Never Land!
  16. Another ebay bargain https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Bachmann-OO-Gauge-Northern-Ireland-Class-Y-Tank-Loco-Jinty-NCC-Belfast-Docks/202201465401?hash=item2f14258239:g:s2AAAOSwzRFaXM2J

  23. A kind of a millionaire joke: A husband and wife are watching "Who Wants To Be a Millionaire," and the husband winks and says, "Honey, let's go upstairs..." The wife says no, so the husband asks again. Again she says no. So the husband says, "Is that your final answer?" The wife says yes. The husband says, "Well, can I phone a friend?" Tweet Share
  24. Its the old story Looked at the bidding history and its basically 2 guys locking horns over the loco One of them will pay well over what its worth If another one comes on the market it will probably make about £180 as the lower bidder on this one will not have to compete as hard as he has on this one and the highest bidder, other than these 2 millionaires' only went to £134 I would expect 1***M(646*) to win judging by the amount of bids he places in the last hour
