  1. It would be significantly more modern then Im personally interested in , but if there is a viable proprietary chassis and there would be enough sales I wouldnt say no
  2. Latest 3d printed item consists of a replacement smokebox door for the Bachmann N class that's more representative of what they had in Ireland, again with gratefully received help from @GSR 800
  3. Regardless of the lack of dedicated steam railways here, we're able to run 110+ year old 4-4-0s on the main line, which would be unthinkable and presumably unprofitable in the UK, I even go so far as to say if we had any 2-4-0s surviving they would probably be viable on the main line, could you imagine say the GER T26 or the LSWR T3 going mainline? Always good to look at the positives
  4. It was very enjoyable indeed, one highlight for me was Brian Mathews's exceptional early railways stand VID_20250601_141750275.mp4
  5. Good lord stuff leaving Moyasta? time to buy a lottery ticket now as long as we dont get someone handcuffing themself to the loco we're laughing..

  7. I came across this delightful little thing a while back, Hunslet 268/1881 Fergus, apparently supplied new to HC Drinkwater at Ennis in connection with a land reclamation project on the river Fergus, the loco was 2ft 6in gauge and I believe lasted until the late 1950s in England, catalogue information from leeds engine info
  8. Thats some extraordinary weathering, very realistic, one of the nicest builds Ive ever seen done from a print of mine!
  9. Were these ever produced? are they still in development or has the project been shelved?
  10. Waiting on Bury Curtis & Kennedy no.36 personally!
  11. As long as there isnt a WLWR 0-6-0 being made I'm laughing!
  12. Unfortunately no it cant be reused in resin printing, it gets thrown out
  13. Latest 800 off the printer, Ive done more of them than Inchicore now
  14. Lough Erne in trouble, February 1967
  15. magnificent work as usual! Ireland's only Pacific I think?
  16. Both the gent that designed that and the gent selling it are top chaps to deal with too, cant recommend them enough (you'll find the odd kit of mine on that website too!)
  17. Id say the 7 1/4" one is about as close as we'll ever get to seeing the real one steam! I have a kit in 00 for the hornby royal scot chassis, soon to be made for the Airfix RS chassis too
  18. None to show since the last update Im afraid, I was rather tied up over Christmas, a lot of commission jobs on too, as soon as work quietens down a bit and I get a free moment I'll be right back on that project

  22. Hi Mol, Yeah its the table that existed in front of the brick built office up to the late 1890s (this photo is 1897) I agree on photos of other tables being the best option, the one of Bray in 1968 here I think wouldnt be far off
  23. Lets see where this comes on a scale of moderately unsuccessful to spectacularly unsuccessful shall we
  24. You really do put the rest of us to shame Alan! Not only the breathtaking quality of the builds but the pace you're able to turn them out at
