Under the watchful eye of the carriage depot supervisor, carriage pilot locomotive 156 has been joined by 152 to shunt/swap around coaches in preparation for more new arrivals over the coming days....
152 and 156 at the valeting plant.

Oh yes Paul, you have certainly captured the look of Connolly station and loco depot-This layout will definatly be a winner and draw a crowd at any exhibition in the future.
I have to say the Supertrain Mk2s don't look too bad-yes you might see a rake behind those 071s yet....depending on what sort of a deal I can get for 6 or 7.
Thanks lads for your comments,
This afternoon we see Original CIE liveried 071s-084,087 and 088 in the running shed for an A exam,
Rushing by on the up main is the 15:20 up Enterprise service being pushed by loco 230.
Just finished the cream and blue single door D class-another nice addition to the bus fleet
Seen here on route 12 surrounded by M,E and Atlantean buses.
A lucky catch earlier on the way home got Enterprise livery loco 233 work a Ballina-Claremorris empty flat wagons transfer consisting of 18 LX wagons
The liner is seen here crossing the main N5 road near the former Ballyvary station
Evening gents, Fresh from the Tara Jctn paint spray facility and seen here on a trial run we see 0117076... 0117076 arrives at Tara Jctn station, the driver having switched on the cab light in preparation of changing ends and working back to the MPD.
Transfers are from the recently released Railtec range containing numbers for 076 and 080.
233 worked the IWT liner today,it's the last member of the operational fleet of 201s to have worked the liner-a nice birthday present..!!!
233 is seen just after arrival in Ballina freight yard with a fully loaded IWT liner.
I like the plan Dave-A bit like North Esk with the mainline running alongside the container depot-(without the turntable)-another fine layout in the making.
At the other end of the layout-073 has stopped at Central station with the Mk2 a/b set as the 29000 speeds through,
210 has charge of the other Mk2a/b set as 'Arrow' liveried 2601+2602 await the road out of the depot to form another special.
Christmas shopper specials on Tara Jctn today sees
073 haul a short rake of Mk2 air braked coaches as a relief to the regular services,
29001 passing through on a limited stop service,
2607+2608 stabled on the bay platform as a Mk3 set comes to a halt on platform 2
Many thanks again Richie,I've made a start on bogie flat no'2 while also finishing off The first one,
I added some container locating pins on the four corners aka spuds' in railway jargon which were from the Bachmann intermodal twin flat wagons-they fitted perfectly..
Thanks lads,
Another view from operations earlier sees 230 propel the up Enterprise passing 220 on an ammonia which has been looped and on the opposite line 209 heads north with a Mk3 set bound for Adelaide yard for scrapping.
