You could also try Hobbymad in Cork. https://www.hobbymad.ie/evergreen-plastics though at the moment some items are out of stock, but they have a good range of modelling materials and paints. have used them for a good few years now.

Nothing wrong with the fixed bar. That's how the real freightliner flats were originally coupled in rakes of five. Nice work there on them old liners.

Where is this company based? I could not see anything on the website. No address, contact No. (apart from web contact) or e-mail.

Had a delivery from Railtec transfers today all arrived safe and well. It was posted just before Royal Mail announced the problems with shipping overseas so must have got through just in time.

Could have been worse and been in Luton like me lol. Lincolnshire's not that bad in comparison, and yes Norfolk is nice.

Have used then several times, MSL postage is very reasonable, as Noel says only €7.90postage, and if order is over €100.00 then shipping is only €3.90. Just had a delivery from them yesterday, and since early this year they use GLS for shipping to Ireland. No connection with MSL except satisfied customer.

50007 Hercules was the only class 50 repainted green for the GWR 150 celebrations along with I think either 3 or 4 class 47's. 47484, 47500 and one other I think?? The green livery sat well on the Hoover, but at the time many were not happy about the renaming, especially as there were still many unnamed duff's (47's) at the time. -

Not sure if this the correct section to post this topic in, Have any overseas subscribers received their printed copy yet? I emailed the RM subs department yesterday (Thurs 4th Aug) and they have replied saying that they have had some issues with the August copy being sent to Ireland. Email reply from RM, I have replaced the names with xxx "Dear Mr XXXX Thank you for your email, we appear to have several customers in Ireland whose issues have gone astray this month. I will put a replacement in the post for you asap. Regards XXXXXXX Subscriptions"
-
Depending on the make of the decoder and if the CV's have been altered, it should still work on normal DC with a decoder fitted.

If you are using set-track then the Peco track geometry is the same as Hornby. As previously mentioned, Peco much better quality track than Hornby.

Great images of the HSB, Was there in 2004 and again in 2005. One place I would love to visit again.
