  1. Thanks Stephen for the speedy reply, I suppose just constantly check the emails closer to release date. Cheers.
  2. Wow, they really look the part, Fantastic addition to the range, well done, now the big question, for those of us who foolishly missed out on ordering these, will more be made, or will we have to see if any are left. We really are being spoilt for choice these days.

    IRM brake van?

Suppose we better include the Dutch vans, both types.
  4. Same here, I had one mixed order with bullied opens and flats, the opens arrived but no flats, showing as a part order, I'm sure it's just a minor hiccup and by Monday, Tuesday latest, it's going to be all good, worth waiting for. Just beat me to it Stephen, slow typing on my part.

    Customs & VAT

Hi Lads, Thanks to you all that replied to my query, especially DJ Dangerous, bit of a minefield isn't it, so basically in my post above, it now looks like I'm better off buying my item from Germany, all things considered I'll still make a bit of a saving. Cheers John.

    Customs & VAT

Thanks DJ, I was coming up with a different figure each time, what was throwing me was the UK postage if that was included in Irish vat calculations or not, Appreciate it.

    Customs & VAT

Hi All, hope everyone is enjoying the bank holiday and . I'm looking for a bit of help and advice, basically I'm looking to buy a loco either from rails of Sheffield or Modelbahnunion, it's a DRS class 20, so vat deducted its costing £149.99+ £15 shipping then vat at this side plus any other charges which I'm not sure about, from Germany it's €232 +13 postage. So which is the better deal as I cannot figure out the final price from UK, sorry a bit long winded, I can't seem to get my head around it but any help or advice really appreciated. Thanks John.
  8. Jaysus !, Got caught out not ordering these myself, hope I'm quick enough if some are left over. Lovely looking wagon.
  9. Hi Stephen, just a quick question, if the bullied opens and flats are shipping to us May 15th, when is payment taken, my reason for asking is I have received emails about my two pre orders (one email this mornings) looking for payment, one sometime in July, the other 29th August, I would assume we pay before we receive the goods, just wondering is all, cannot wait for them either way, thanks.
  10. Happy belated 18th birthday young man, a fantastic loco, and have to say you won't find any better to deal with than Fran, Patrick, Stephen, et al. Enjoy. PS, like your layout, looking good.

  12. Nailed it once again, excellent work, I used to think I just liked my trains with that out of the box look, totally unrealistic when compared to this realistic work, love it cheers John.

  20. As title above suggests, for the upcoming Bangor show and following shows, do you have any plans to accept payment for new releases or items with a deposit paid, like the forthcoming new railcars, bullied wagons and laminate coaches or will it just be for what stock you have on the day. What I'm trying to say is, at the Bangor show for instance, if I have cash on me can I purchase, say laminate coaches that have not arrived yet.
