    silly notion really. but the cheap shop are doing these LED strings for 2.50. Battery powered with aa batteries. battery pack would be easily replaced with low voltage old phone charger if needed. I am going to put them into a few near by buildings just to see how they look. Colour of light is a bit stark.

    kitbashed a load of spare bits from card kits into a railwaymans cottage. An enjoyable hour of creativity not based on any prototype whatsoever!

    yea i stayed up too late but luckily i was off work today! sometimes i cant sleep at the mo due to a head related problem so i rather work on something than lie in bed awake!

    all the parts are laser cut and pre cut. they more or less pop out but i run a knife along just to keep it clean. i will try a photo here with light through it .
