  3. stephen, i would go part wall and low relief industrial buildings ...possiblily railway cottages pictured bedind a part of the wall - something like opposite inchicore. feck it, you could use it for stored unservicable locos waiting for the scrap man. or mark3's waiting disposal!
  4. was the thud i just heard Fran hitting his head off the floor? lovely stuff brendan. good job you are still riding.....(the bike!)...otherwise you would never fit around that layout:ROFL:

    SSM Sulzer 101

i was grahams yesterday and held the little beast in my hand....(the sulzer , not mr graham!). its a fine job of work, considdering its a pre production model. cant wait to get the complete kit. A FINE JOB SO FAR WESTY! also noticed a finc selection of 201's- some resprayed into enterprise full and half yellow faces...superb looking machines. in a corner was the freight liveried 071........what a beauty! she left me speachless!!!
  15. aye, the crowds were lucky that day! pity as it was a great venue for the show.
  16. great find there babygm. seen it before but will never tire of it! nice clip of an E class shunter in her silver livery in that vid
  17. eamonn , did you mean a few KEGS of the black stuff?
  18. ah eamonn...you mere mortal! i forsee great poverty amongst us modellers. many of us shall be abondaned by our loved ones and we shall all turn into alcoholics, that is if we dont loose our sanity first!! other than that things can only go from strength to strength...... 071 comming, loads of freight stock becomming available, hopefully the 121 class will become a reality. on the steam front there is 'maeve', and that 'banon tank' looks more beautiful every time i see a pic of her...new signals....i could go on all night but the most important for me is that hopefully next week my new layout starts taking shape!
  19. jesus eamonn....id want to be stoned listening to that all night!!!
