Roderick has replaced the broken parts and we have one up and running, he was very helpful in sorting out the problem.
My only worry is that he has replaced the broken worm with a similar one and I do not see this as a great solution,
he said at the time that the locos were not really fit for lengthy running. 
So we have some bomb proof IRM & Murphy locos as back up
