  1. Especially with the ICR units not selling as the lads had hoped for. I would of thought a Push Pull set would of been warmly welcomed and would go great with the 121's.
  2. yep, one for the Dubs I think. Very limited scope modelling wise outside that area obviously. Wish him the best with it.
  3. Great new!!! the operating roof fan has sold it for me!!
  4. Yeah the Mags are probably one of the best wagons in the range. Lovely Etch walkways etc.
  5. look looks nice an airy!, jumper needed perhaps!
  6. yep, have the PR paid, just the other Vans now next. Think I am all about coached out max wise now.
  7. Just make sure your track is nice and level for all those lovely 4-4-0's!! any biteen of undulation is shown up!!
  8. Now these are smoking....Well done lads.
  9. damn good prices for those Orange coaches for those that sat on the fence. Plus the other bits n bobs.
  10. and a bit of shunting!
  11. Good news for the peeps that ordered one. Looks like these yokes will be commanding big prices in a few years. Thing is with the Irish Stuff it comes in a landslide and I you don't order it you might no get it once it arrives. With Multiple Engines, Multiple rolling stock , I found myself buying all the stuff but its just not feasible or financially viable. Thank god for the Pay by month option but adding an ICR onto the payments raised it considerably. For me its about picking an Era now and sticking with that. The ICR's don't fall into that category so I did not order one of those this time. As someone already mentioned a smaller unit would of probably been more affordable and better play value for the smaller layouts. fingers crossed the announcement this weekend with command a full order book.
  12. has to be 4, some lad selling a Fowler here today !! Getting ahead of the posse!
  13. Well done to the lads for doing that. As the man says less stress driving about! 17 spaces? Is this the Entrance?
  14. its pretty bad, it really is.
  15. Have 3 un touched Irish Railway Models. Never ran not out of their boxes. They are: A39R Black and Tan A15 CIE Black and Tan A23 CIE Black with yellow panels. No plastic sleeve. Came like that from IRM. Can bring to the Dublin Show Saturday. Looking for €225 each €10 Tracked postage. Cheers George.
  16. Oh god....looks like I will need to bring some sponds!!
  17. Same here, Mines on the way.....
  18. Thanks JHB, its only 5x3ft JHB so nice and tidy. TBH the cost of the scenery and the like make the smaller scenes a bit more practical! Will try to get the Earlier livery Coaches next, They had quite a mix of Brown, Green, Beige etc. Also a Steamer too but they are pretty pricey for what the are.
  19. If there is coin to be made from these I suspect there will.
  20. A pleasurable few hours in self imposed solitary confinement in the shed, one visit from the missus with a teapot and cup!!. The station track was determined and track cut to suit. Its typical of an Austrian NG Station from what I have seen. It is Pinned I to place at the moment. Fiddle yard to do tomorrow then holes for the point motors and soldering! Just need my modelling desk delivered!!!. Engine shed build continues.. Hope it catches the flavour of these lines.JHB will tell of off otherwise!! One thing hard to find any shots of signals and the OHLE will be a new challenge. Researching that now. Viessmann do OBB Type single arm posts but the 3 lines will mean scratch building the gantrys and by god the network of wires looks difficult. Engine shed is where the Diesel is. Enough loop Space for a 4 coach consist in the middle and outer lanes.
  21. Cork base down today a day loads of weights on it. Also made a start on the engine shed. Another lovely kit.
