No loco has been painted yet,would not jump the gun until one appears as they could change the sample has gray all over with yellow front,where is the green white red! M.

@1996 up 1805 Galway between portarlington and kildare loco 226 or 224 connelly driver got up over 12x,in 1991 1915 ex cork in cab of loco 084 plus 9 mk3 past newbridge got up to 106 and was still pulling when cork driver had to put break on for TSR,would have got over 110 no problem!,being in cab of 083 hauling 13 mk2s on 850 tralee @1990 north of mallow at 97mph, knowen past kerry driver getting over 80 with pairs 121s and cravens in the 70s!!!. M.

They have been doing that for the last few year's,look at 216 gave it overhaul then took it out of service and now there is not much left in it,217 gone in now probley won't see that back out. M.

A class - vacuum loco,mk3 air,I did see 013 try and couple to mk2s when new in Heuston one morning ended up telling shunter loco vac coaches air they took I think it was 073 off 0800 Galway and put it on mk2s on 0740 Waterford. M

227 done the cement,mk3s worked down twice weekday @91 they used to take the mk2 set off the rosslare when the president traveled to cork(5408)all i know the diner was 7409. M.

Flashes and numbers for super train,day glow did not come in til IR days. M

The super train mk3s had warning flash's first and below the number,gangway door's orange. M

I think only three cravens carried the ir logo 1532 1557 15??at door end's no coach carried the intercity logo,these coaches were more likely done in Connelly shed as were mk2s,135 had hand painted white lines done there also(they were all over the place)and got the name pixie painted on cab. M
