  1. Only the tiniest percentage of stuff gets posted with no CN23 and goes back. Everything else makes it, eventually!
  2. Small parcel from @murphaph delivered this morning. Aside from chocolates and the usual bribery, it included this. Damn!!! Outstanding!!! You can see the love that was put in here.
  3. Wait... You have kept a broken washing machine for 44 years? Good stuff, what a Whammy. That Cosmic Thing will be Bouncing Off The Satelites around this Wild Planet for years...
  4. What a wonderful gesture from IRM / AS! Are there many units still available to pre-order?
  5. How dare you two? With a few new bits and bobs, the 071's will outlast all of us old farts, and the kids like @Westcorkrailway will be worrying that the 071's will outlast them.
  6. Received an email from Accurascale this morning. Doesn't apply to me because of the post, but applies to all of you lucky sods up in Ireland and BrExitland!

  7. I have no Manors at all, so I thought it prudent to procure one... Cookham Manor, in what I understand to be her 1980's livery. Lovely loco. Detail is out of this world. Three little bags of bits in the box, AND just as important, instructions on what they are and where they go. Drives me crazy receiving a loco with bits in the box and no instructions. Won't get to run her for a while, but she looks fabulous! Once Accurascale start using Royal Mail again, I'll have to invest in some decoders. If IRM's GSR 800 and J15 look like this, then I'm sold!
  8. And a short video of the same:
  9. IXO Models TR050 1970 DAF 2600 and an Altaya Models No. 42 trailer with CMA-CGM containers, both sourced from eBay. As far as I can see, the IXO and Altaya trailers and containers are identical tooling-wise, everything is interchangable. The only difference, as with Oxford vs. Atlas, is that Altaya use triangular-head screws. Will add video later.
  10. And with Real-X 1/72 cars, as we can see here, the lads hassling innocent boy racers!
  11. Maybe there's a cross-over, reveal of the century, IRM's first steam loco and Accurascale's first O Gauge loco are one and the same! @BosKonay did say that there was an Irish connection... All will be revealed...
  12. Had a look under daylight and these are lovely little Garda cars!
  13. YESSSSSS!!! Been way too long with no Ballyercall videos. Just in time for some new IRM NIR Mk2 coaches, too. Can't wait for this. Great stuff!!!
  14. Little order just arrived from @Brian Collins Enterprises today, really well packaged, lots of internal packaging to protect the contents, CN23 attached, and the Garda set looks fabulous!
  15. Fabulous work!
  16. ...And 3177 is off to Heating Van Heaven:
  17. If you search eBay for "Sculptamold" or "modelling plaster", there are milions of hits: https://www.ebay.es/sch/i.html?_nkw=sculptamold https://www.ebay.es/sch/i.html?_nkw=modelling+plaster You can filter the results as you wish, only-EU etc. I can't remember what the alternative product was called.
  18. The video for anybody not on Facebook: For anybody on Facebook, you can visit New Junction here: https://www.facebook.com/newjunctionrailway
  19. Yay, the Intercity Duo! How did you do the curves and points so well on SE1?
  20. Lovely stuff there, @Patrick Davey! Did you make the bridge sides yourself? Any chance of a breakdown of the process if so, please?
  21. Lovely to see this, @Dempsey, have been following from the the brainstorming right through until now, and it's wonderful to see the progress, the vision, the dedication, fair dues!
  22. Amazing work, there, TTC! Are people allowed to visit, as per Gobbler's post above, or is it restricted? If I were up in Ireland for a break, I'd definitely try come for a visit. EDIT: God damn predictive text, Gabhal's post asking if he can visit!
