@Kirley - for me I pick "copy public link" and get a URL at dl.dropboxusercontent.com Then click the Insert Image icon, then paste in the URL (you can optionally click the 'retrieve local copy' check box, and the forum will copy it down from dropbox to link locally

Moved the image to public folder in my Dropbox. Asked Dropbox for the link to the image. It gave me a direct URL to the jpg Over here clicked add image. Choose from URL. Paste in the Dropbox link
