  3. Yes, the 5 is very versatile and can be retrofitted to most coaches and wagons with a bit of cutting and some pieces of thin plastic to use as shims where needed.
  4. Indeed! The Kadee 5 includes a little gearbox, and the kadee height gauge is a critical bit of kit needed in general (many NEM sockets even need a little fettling) Here is a 20 - which works well in Cravens And a 5 with gearbox (can be screwed or glued into place) And the height gauge
  5. I find kadee 19 and 20's work best for me (in NEM sockets) and I retrofit kadee 5's to older stock.

  7. Wifi could be interesting. Litium battery moulded into the loco bodies, 'charging' track when stabled to boost the battery and onboard wifi with ipv6 addressing....... hmmmm. Would truley take things to 'drive the train, not the track'!

    Oh dear is right! This, in an age when popping off a fake exhaust or panel to slot in a chip is considered 'fiddly' for dcc install!
