A better overview of the 'plonking' To the right will be the retaining walls of the terminus, to the left a girder bridge and the foreground will be wasteland

Job courtesy of Seamus Grahams - and I have to say, she's growing on me something fierce :) Next up and very rough 'plonk' mockup of what is planned to be a very neglected backstreet behind the terminus building... The flats on the left will be cordoned off and the builders in ripping them apart... Need to find a dirty, urban backscene

Well, almost 8 weeks later and sneaking to the attic for 2 minutes is almost possible again! That said, it was purely to witness abcdefghijklmnopqrstuv-078 cross the viaduct with a wagon transfer!

Is it just me, or was use of the wash more frequent in IR days? The locos look much more pristine in those days (rose tinted glasses perhaps)
