  1. Hmm it’s all fully automated so should be showing De tax
  2. Luckily, since the stock is still in China, we can allocated as we need. The trouble is when there is physical stock stuck in one place or the other. Then IRM has to buy it off Accurascale, do the import, pay Import VAT, do the paperwork, pay the fees, and then put it into stock in Dublin. Thanks Brexit! The gift that keeps giving!
  3. They are physically finally in the warehouse now. Hoping shipments will catch up today. sorry for the delays on the UK orders with the new centre in Birmingham many hoops had to be rejumped through but thankfully now we are all set for stock moving in both directions. thanks yet again brexit!
  4. To clarify, there are 100 on IRM.com and 100 -more- on IRM UK. SO we're doing about 800 twin packs. (joys of Brexit mean we can no longer share stock)
  5. The Partial.ly option is currently only on the irishrailwaymodels.com website, as we can only run one instance per company
  6. If it helps, between both Irish and UK/Europe/row irm has 4106 registered customers. So the market is a bit bigger than you might think. This forum has 1616 members, and it's only a 'subset' of the Irish modellers out there, or those that will buy something Irish for nostalgic reasons.
  7. When we asked in the last customer survey of IRM customers, the feedback was a gentler pace, and more notice. So, unlike the Accurascale side, we will continue launching new tool IRM models when we are fully finished the research, development and CAD and ready to start tooling, which is about 60-70 days to a sample, about the same again for a decorated sample and at least the same again for assembly. So about a year, to 18 months of warning, give or take. Non new-tools, or accurascale crossovers, like Mk2b, 2c and others to come, will launch with a sample, or decorated sample, typically cutting lead times to under 12 months. Hope that helps, we do have so much underway
  8. At the moment. We’ve had a bit of a mare with customs and stock transfers. Should be all cleaned up in the coming week and smooth going forward!
  9. That’s what we’ve had for the last year or so. But needs must as landscape changes.
  10. Brexit means a few more hoops. We’ve.m pallets of stock importing to Dublin at the moment including our own stock. Once all sorted there will be a few deltics on the eu site.
  11. That’s Patrick with Graham Hubbard, retired managing Director of Bachmann
  12. Correct. You’d be sorting new products to older. On the left hand side there are broad eras and each model should list some details about when modeled
  13. Not really but what a great suggestion! geberalky tops is later and we have them sortable by era classifications too
  14. They were some of the finest options back when the alternative was relatively poor fidelity RTR. In this day and age they’ve really been superceded by the likes of accurascale.

  16. Thanks for the feedback Barl, it's now the default for deposit / instalments for IRM going forward. It's super easy to use, very flexible, and sync's up payment by payment with shopify so you can always see where you stand.
  17. Morning George - there are no emails in the Q for you - if you got an invoice from the website system, and were paying in manually or on Direct Debit, the balances won't match - just reply to the invoice and ask for the billing system invoice, which will track any periodic payments having been made.
  18. Of course the IRM Mk2b's already have the most Accurascale B4 and B5 bogies ever made, and are even spaced correctly for 21mm. https://irishrailwaymodels.com/collections/mark-2-coaches/products/nir-mk2b-pack-corporate-intercity-3
  19. In short We are relocating UK based stock to the UK at the moment while also dispatching the Deltic and 7mm HUO so normal service will resume once the truck lands
  20. We did make 20’ CIE containers.
